About Us
Ecostudio Architects was founded in 2004. Since that time it has been devoted to develop residential, hotel, commercial and industrial projects.The architectural firm is led by architects Roberto Rivera and Ana Ulloa, who in the past were important members of design and real estate companies where they developed outstanding projects that include housing and commercial centers of high complexity as the fifth stage of Multiplaza Escazú and the expansion of Multiplaza del Este.
Ecostudio Architects is characterized by seeking the highest quality in developing projects from conceptualization phase, making its way to an architectural exploration, where the values of space, form and function go hand in hand with the current trends in responsible design, reason why the projects are geared to be environmentally compatible and energetically efficient.
Under those provisions, Ecostudio has been categorized by developing, with the gain experience, quality buildings of high architectural value for example housing projects such as “Triangle”, “Light”, “Meseguer”, “Casafont” and condos as “Pacific Breeze”.
It has also worked in hotel design as “La Casona del Cafetal”, which has units of rooms, pools, spa, meeting rooms, restaurants, amphitheater and service areas.
In the industrial level the “Planta de Polen y Semillas” highlights, in which was possible to mix the rigid functional concept required with a flexible space proposal, where as in commercial projects such as “Insomnio Bulding” an optimization of space to generate higher returns from them is sought.
